Before becoming the CEO, Rami served as Executive Chairman of the Board in parallel to being the Vice Manager of ELTA Systems Technology Division, One of Elbatech Group shareholders
Mr. Zorea brings around 40 years of experience working in the Israel Airspace Industry In various positions and held a variety of progressive roles, serving in various R&D high technology projects, from System Engineer up to Head of Operations in the TMM Division of the IAI in 2003. Afterward, he was appointed as Vice Manager of ELTA System Technology Plant, which is one of the IAI leading companies till 2010.
Mr. Zorea holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Vice Manager of ELTA System Technology Plant, which is one of the IAI leading companies till 2010.
Kobi Gaist is serving as Chief Executive Officer of Tamuz FTK since 2016.
Before Tamuz FTK, Mr. Gaist had served as site manager at RADA and operation manager at Elbit Land Systems
Mr. Gaist brings over then 20 years of experience working in the industry, as an information systems engineer, Operation manager, site manager, and a CEO
Mr. Gaist holds two academic degrees, a BSc in Information systems Engineering from the Technion, a Master of Business Administration from Haifa University.
Mr. Gaist served as a Naval officer in the Israeli navy.
Jonas Blacher is serving as Chief Executive Officer of Elbatech technologies since 2020.
Before Elbatech technologies, Mr. Blacher had served in CEO and COO positions at Elipse engineering, since 2012.
Mr. Blacher brings Vast experience in managing business functions – Engineering, HR, Operations, Marketing, and Sales with a system engineering and design experience background from an IDF technology unit and an HLS defense start-up.

Shuki Cohen is serving as Chief Executive Officer of Elipse Engineering since 2020.
Before Elipse, Mr. Cohen had served as Vice President of Programs at Commtact systems (a member of RAFAEL/Aeronautics Systems).
Mr. Cohen brings over then 20 years of experience working in the Israeli Defense industry. As a System Engineer and up to Programs manager at Elbit system/ Elisra in 2016.

Levi Babladza is serving as a Chief Executive Officer of Elbatech Logistics since 2002.
Before Elbatech Group, Mr. Babladza had served as Logistics and maintenance officer (Major) in the Israeli Air Force.
Mr. Babladza brings over then 40 years of experience working in the Israeli industry as a Logistics and maintenance manager.

Shy Eldor is serving as Quality Director of Elbatech Group since 2016.
Before Elbatech Group, Mr. Eldor had served as Director of Quality in the field of Composite materials and electronics in the aviation and aerospace industries, at Motorola South Israel for 18 years until 2010 and at Orlite industries utill 2016
Mr. Eldor brings over then 30 years of experience working in the electronics and aerospace industry in various positions, as a Director of Quality, quality engineer and quality management system director
Mr. Eldor holds two academic degrees BSc in Quality Engineering & 6 Sigma Green Belt certification from ALD & Motorola University, BSc degree in Industrial and Management and logistics Engineering from Sapir College

Before Elbatech Industrial, Mr. Siman Tov had served as Purchasing Manager of Elbatech Group, since 2009.
Mr. Siman Tov brings over then 16 years of experience working in the Israeli Defense and Medical Industry starting as an Industrial and Management Engineer up to Operations Manager at Intercure (Medical)
Mr. Siman Tov holds an industrial and management engineering degree from Jerusalem College of Technology/Lev Academic Center.
